Integration Services Deputy Program Manager

• Bachelor’s + 8 years relevant experience OR Master’s + 6 years’ experience\n
• 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.\n
• Active Secret clearance\n
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading large-scale Federal or DoW programs\n
• Proven track record delivering network or IT systems\n
• Experience managing cost-reimbursable programs with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance\n
• Fundamental understanding of network architectures\n
• Experience leading technical teams to include assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing contract performance identified by the customer\n
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution across organizational boundaries\n
• Microsoft Project familiarity\n, * Active TS/SCI clearance\n
• PMP / PgMP certification\n
• Experience operating across NIPRNet, SIPRNet\n
• Working knowledge of IT networks, to include network appliances (e.g., routers, load balancers, domain name servers, firewalls)\n

Under this program, Installation Testing and Acceptance (IT&A) activities enable new/revised capabilities that are designed/built/installed by DISA and other sources.\n \n You will operate as a key leader within a high-visibility DISA program helping shape delivery strategy, drive execution, and ensure mission outcomes across a complex global operating environment.\n \n Our customer is the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and acts as the provider of GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to the Department of War (DoW) and national security organizations.\n \n \nWhat You’ll Do\n \n \nLead Program Execution\n \n \n

• Drive end-to-end execution across cost, schedule, performance, and risk for a $62-million program\n
• Ensure delivery at mission pace\n
• Lead integrated teams across Leidos, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders\n

• Oversee delivery of capabilities spanning global enterprise network systems\n
• Navigate a multi-stakeholder environment with competing priorities and evolving requirements\n

• Resolve cross-domain challenges spanning technology, mission, and operations\n
