Azure Database Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Azure Database Administrator / Database Platform Engineer to join a stable, long-term project within a complex enterprise environment in the banking sector.You will play an important role in the modernisation of database capabilities in the Cloud, helping application teams migrate their databases from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure.About the role: Supporting the migration of databases from on-premise environments to Azure Managing and optimising Azure Database Services Working hands-on with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server Designing and implementing database solutions in Azure Supporting the implementation of Dev Ops and Infrastructure-as-Code practice What We’re Looking For We are looking for a senior technical professional who combines strong database administration skills with modern Cloud expertise.Strong hands-on experience as a Database Administrator, Database Engineer or Database Platform Engineer Solid experience with Microsoft Azure Professional experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server Experience with Azure Database Services Experience with Cloud database migration, ideally from on-premises to Azure Knowledge of Dev Ops practices English at C1 level - mandatory Location & Working Model Central Madrid Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office + 2 days remote.Working hours: 40 hours per week.What We Offer Permanent, full-time employment €60,000 + benefits Some salary flexibility for exceptionally strong senior candidates with an excellent fit If you are interested in taking the next step in your Azure Database career, we would love to hear from you.Please send us your CV/application to discuss the opportunity further.
