A minimum of 2 years of experience with the following skill sets: ·Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows. ·Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including experience supporting releases, UAT, deployment validation, and successful implementation. ·Ability to analyze .NET-based and web applications, supporting requirement gathering, UI reviews, and collaboration with development teams. ·Proven ability to assess system impacts, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions aligned with business needs. ·Strong communication and facilitation skills to work with business users, developers, and project teams, including leading meetings and demos.
