Digital Business Analyst

As part of a large-scale digital transformation programme within a global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to support activities related to laboratory and analytical data. The role is part of a strategic initiative aiming to improve data structuring, traceability and compliance in line with increasing regulatory requirements. You will operate in a highly regulated environment with strong quality and data integrity expectations. Responsibilities: · Collaborate with laboratory, quality and IT teams · Analyse existing business processes and associated data flows · Perform end-to-end process and data mapping · Translate business needs into structured data requirements · Challenge and validate IT solutions from a business perspective · Ensure compliance with data integrity and regulatory standards (GxP) · Support the deployment and adoption of digital solutions · Facilitate alignment between stakeholders

· 3 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or digital roles · Experience in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, chemical, etc.) · Strong ability to understand and model complex processes · Good understanding of data management and structuring concepts · Experience working at the interface between business and IT · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills · Fluent English required
