Experteer Overview In this role you lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation program as part of Sulzer’s Business Transformation initiative.You will guide design, implementation, and rollout of the global S/4HANA template, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance.You influence solution design, risk management, and delivery across a complex international environment.You will collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, and partners to drive long-term value and continuous improvement.This is a strategic, expert-level position within a collaborative One Sulzer culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead quality assurance across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program * Establish quality gates, review frameworks, and deliverable acceptance criteria * Review designs and deliverables for alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices * Promote Clean Core principles and scalable, sustainable solution design * Conduct phase-gate and readiness reviews at milestones * Assess risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans * Provide expert guidance to program leadership and stakeholders * Facilitate collaboration among business, IT, SAP specialists, and partners * Review partner deliverables, estimates, and design recommendations * Challenge unnecessary complexity and long-term maintenance concerns * Support future-state process design and operating model decisions * Contribute industry best practices from engineering and project-based environments * Drive continuous improvement via lessons learned from large transformations * Support knowledge transfer and capability development * Promote a collaborative One Sulzer culture focused on teamwork and value Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline * More than 15 years of SAP consulting, solution architecture, transformation leadership, or program governance * Minimum 5 to 6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in large-scale global programs * Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, global template design, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment * Experience supporting global template design, fit-to-standard workshops, governance, and design reviews * Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, project-based, ETO, CTO, and service business environments * Experience with senior business stakeholders and major ERP implementation partners * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations * Fluent English * Willingness to travel internationally (?25%+) Requisitos principales * permanent contract * competitive salary * meal vouchers * flexible compensation scheme * international team * career growth
