Requirements

7-10 years of full-stack development experience, emphasizing Ruby on Rails
5+ years of experience with React
Proven record of leading projects from conception to delivery
Passion for mentoring and guiding engineers
Fluency with AI development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
Experience with LLM APIs focusing on prompt design and safety
Strong project management and organizational skills, * Collaborative cross-functional team environment
