JDE Application Development Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Applications Development Manager to lead the design, development, and support of business-critical applications, including JD Edwards ERP and other enterprise systems. • Coach employees and create a culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle from planning and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data accessibility, and enhance system performance.
• Oversee application architecture, integrations, security, and vendor relationships.
• Manage project budgets and drive continuous improvement across the technology environment.

• Experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL, application integrations, and modern development practices such as Agile and DevOps.
• Experience leading application development teams and delivering enterprise technology projects.
• Ability to coach technical teams, communicate with business leaders, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of JDE World, OMW, BSFN, and UBE.
