Job description

Design, develop, test, and maintain BPM-based workflow solutions.
Develop scalable backend services using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Integrate BPM applications with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
Implement best practices for software development, security, and maintainability.
Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Evaluate and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) platforms and workflow automation.
Experience with J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Understanding of enterprise application design patterns and microservices architecture.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integration services.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Apache Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming platforms.
Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular or equivalent frameworks.
Exposure to AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in Java application development and BPM implementations.
Experience developing and deploying enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
