Job description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom workflow applications. This role involves building robust back-end databases, middleware components, and front-end user interfaces. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to building and deploying systems that integrate with various enterprise platforms., * Develop and maintain custom applications, including back-end databases, stored procedures, and middleware using C#/.NET.

  • Build and manage web services and front-end UI interfaces.
  • Assist with database migration projects, including scripting and implementing migration patterns.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code for both new and existing codebases.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across the full technology stack, from front-end to back-end.
  • Gather requirements and ensure host systems can effectively house application information.
  • Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and provide timely communication on project status and effort estimations.

Requirements

Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.

Experience: At least five years of related experience in full-stack development is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL Server with moderate database administration-adjacent experience, including knowledge of database migration.
  • Strong experience with the .NET Framework, including .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
  • Advanced JavaScript skills, including experience with JQuery.
  • Experience with Web API, ORM, JSON, and Bootstrap for responsive UI design.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Client Tools, Soap UI, IIS, and Postman.

Soft Skills:

  • A collaborative team player with an eagerness to share knowledge.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide accurate estimations of effort for tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • A DBA Certificate is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure development.
  • Knowledge of different JavaScript libraries.
  • Experience with AI integrations.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

This position offers a partial remote work arrangement, with a requirement to be onsite up to one day per week. The standard dress code for onsite work is business casual.
