Job description

Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, analytics, and data workflows.
Write and optimize SQL and Python code for data extraction, transformation, automation, and validation.
Build scalable processes that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Support data pipeline development and maintain reporting environments in cloud-based platforms.
Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical data solutions.
Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement sustainable fixes.
Document processes, workflows, and business rules to support scalable operations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
Strong hands-on SQL skills.
Strong Python experience for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
Experience working with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
Proven ability to automate processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Experience with ETL, data transformation, and data validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment., * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
Background in financial services, asset management, investment management, or other business-focused analytics environments.
Experience with Git, APIs, or workflow orchestration tools.
Understanding of sales, CRM, transactional, or operational data.
