Automate repeatable processes to improve team efficiency and operational performance. Write, test, refactor, and optimize high-quality code for performance, readability, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business processes and data requirements. Review technical specifications, system designs, and pull requests while providing constructive feedback. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

Proven experience developing production-quality data pipelines that scale to billions of rows. Advanced experience with Spark, Airflow, and SQL. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with production deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and data reliability. Strong data-modeling experience, including translating business requirements into scalable and adaptable models. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with Databricks. Familiarity with data-visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience supporting business-to-business products or go-to-market initiatives.
