Revenue Operations Specialist - Remote

We are looking for experienced Revenue Operations Specialists with strong SaaS operations and CRM expertise. The role focuses on optimizing revenue processes, maintaining data integrity, designing compliant workflows, and resolving complex operational challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM data models and revenue workflows.
• Resolve conflicting operational policies and document decisions.
• Design compliance-focused processes for SaaS revenue operations.
• Maintain revenue data accuracy and support reliable reporting.
• Review and improve sales, customer success, and revenue processes.
• Provide clear documentation and operational insights.
• Recommend scalable improvements across revenue systems.

• 4+ years of hands-on SaaS Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation Operations experience.
• Strong CRM ownership and configuration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with revenue tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project-management systems.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with compliance-focused or regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and process design.
