AI/BI Tech Lead

• Evaluate whether a solution is better suited for AWS versus Databricks.
• Understand architectural tradeoffs and clearly communicate recommendations.
• Design and implement AI/BI solutions.
• Make informed decisions around:
• Unity Catalog usage
• Bronze/Silver/Gold architecture
• Semantic layers
• Agent selection and platform choices
• Serve as a technical advisor who can explain both options and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

• Strong AWS experience required
• Quick Suite / QuickSight experience highly desirable
• Broader AWS analytics ecosystem knowledge preferred

Databricks

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Databricks AI/BI
• Genie
• Genie Rooms
• Semantic layer concepts
• Unity Catalog
• Lakehouse architecture
• Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Databricks governance and platform design

Additional Technologies

• Snowflake experience is a plus
