Sr Test Engineer

• Work with client as part of the scrum team to support the DB2 Modernization
• Mentor and coach engineers new to cloud engineering, guiding them through complexities and fostering skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide cloud solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate across teams and projects, ensuring seamless integration and efficient execution of cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, enhancing system functionality and user satisfaction.

Frameworks - Karate, TestCafe BDD and GW testing framework, Java, Python, API automation, Database testing and automation, Selenium, exposure to AWS automation, etc.

• Insurance Domian Experience is good to have.
• Good in Agile concepts
• Create detailed and comprehensive test strategies.
• Create test plans to execute a migration projects.
• Oversee design of test processes and procedures to ensure an end-to-end regression test suite including System Integration Testing to reduce repetitive manual testing.
• Turn high-level requirements into test scenarios through the user story refinement process.
• We are an Agile/Scrum shop, so experience with test management tools(Jira Test plugin) are important.
• Should be able to review, understand and challenge the system requirements for scope, risk, suitability, and testability.
• Must be able to demo appropriate testing actions to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify training needs to facilitate the professional development of QA engineers.
• Ensure that QA processes, methodologies, and best practices are documented and accessible.
• Participate in and contribute test effort estimates in Sprint/Release planning sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range: $ 78,000 - 91,500 $ Per Year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
