Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) Developer

We are looking for an experienced Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) Developer with 5 8 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo development, configuration, customization, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MAS 9 and Maximo 7.6.x, along with solid programming and integration skills.

This is a delivery-focused development role, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management. The candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring Maximo solutions, supporting upgrades, building integrations, and delivering high-quality technical solutions., * Develop, configure, customize, and enhance Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) solutions.

• Work extensively with Maximo 7.6.x environments and support migration/upgrade initiatives.
• Participate in Maximo upgrade and implementation projects, including analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop custom solutions using Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and Maximo integration frameworks.
• Develop and maintain BIRT reports based on business and technical requirements.
• Work with Oracle 19c+ databases, including SQL queries, data analysis, and database-related development.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and development issues across Maximo environments.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, QA teams, and management to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies as well as Waterfall-based project activities.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Work with development and administration tools such as Liberty, Eclipse, and PuTTY.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to development and upgrade standards.
• Support onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.

• 5 8 years of Maximo development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9)
• Strong experience with Maximo 7.6.x
• Proven experience with Maximo upgrades
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience with BIRT Reporting
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c or higher
• Familiarity with Liberty, Eclipse, and PuTTY
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Willingness to work onsite, * Experience in the Energy & Utilities domain
• Familiarity with UI automation frameworks
• Experience with Maximo integration and customization frameworks
• Exposure to enterprise asset management (EAM) implementations
