Senior User Interface Designer

• Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating mobile and web interfaces.
• Experience creating detailed Mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
• Practical knowledge of Front-End Development concepts (e.g., responsive layouts, component-based design) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Ability to develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Experience designing for culturally diverse audiences; familiarity with African languages or cultures is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Several years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in consumer-facing digital products or edtech; relevant degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
