  • Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, design discussions, documentation, and retrospectives.

  • Write maintainable, well-tested code and help improve the reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and usability of team services.

  • Build knowledge of the tools, architectures, and data workflows that support our technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another relevant field; or equivalent real-world experience.

  • 0-2 years of software-engineering experience, including internships, co-op experience, academic projects, or equivalent hands-on work.

  • Foundational proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Go, or Python.

  • Understanding of software-engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, testing, version control, and code review.

  • Familiarity with developing or supporting services, applications, or data-processing systems.

  • Exposure to at least one major public cloud provider, such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, through coursework, projects, internships, or professional experience.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.

  • Interest in contributing to reliable, scalable systems and supporting services in a production environment.

What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage

  • Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, containers, or cloud-native development.

  • Exposure to deployment automation, monitoring, logging, metrics, or other
