  • 7-R / R-Treatment strategy: Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Rearchitect, Repurchase, Retire, Retain
  • Application dependency mapping & modernization assessment
  • AWS: EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB
  • AWS Migration: MGN, DMS, SCT, DataSync, AWS MAP
  • Cloud-native: Microservices, Kubernetes/Docker, Serverless, API-first
  • DevSecOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ADO, Terraform, CloudFormation
  • Experience with CAST, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SonarQube, Veracode, AWS X-Ray
  • Azure / Google Cloud Platform multi-cloud awareness
  • Migration wave planning, TCO/ROI and modernization business cases
  • Strong client-facing, presentation, consulting and pre-sales experience
