Senior .NET / React Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Senior .NET / React Developer for a top enterprise technology client. This individual will join a rapidly growing team supporting a critical vulnerability-focused application that has seen significant expansion in both scope and business demand. The ideal candidate is a senior engineer capable of much more than executing assigned work. They will independently identify technical needs, architect solutions, drive implementation, and provide leadership across the development lifecycle. The role requires deep expertise in C#, .NET, React, SQL, microservices, and enterprise-scale system design. This person will play a key role in improving platform reliability, scalability, observability, and long-term technical strategy while helping establish engineering best practices across the organization. This is considered one of the client’s highest-priority hiring initiatives and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing platform.

Develop and enhance enterprise applications supporting vulnerability-related initiatives

Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET/C#

Build and maintain React-based frontend applications

Define technical solutions and architecture for new business requirements

Identify system improvements and proactively drive development efforts

Collaborate with engineering teams on platform reliability and performance

Troubleshoot complex production issues across integrated systems

Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices

Contribute to long-term technical roadmap and platform evolution

Support observability, resiliency, and operational excellence initiatives

Must-Haves:

Senior-level experience with C# / .NET development

Strong experience building scalable, high-performance backend services

Advanced React development experience, including reusable component design and API integration

Strong SQL skills with experience designing, optimizing, and querying complex relational databases

Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems

Proven experience supporting enterprise-grade applications with high reliability requirements

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities

Experience designing resilient systems with observability, fault tolerance, and error handling

Ability to work independently, identify technical gaps, and drive solutions without detailed direction

Technical leadership experience, including establishing engineering standards and best practices Plusses:

Python experience for automation, integrations, and data processing

MongoDB experience, including schema design and performance tuning

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) background

Experience with vulnerability management or security-focused applications

Experience defining technical roadmaps and platform strategy

Payment systems, observability, or enterprise monitoring experience

Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives
