You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical business applications. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing guidance to end-users, and collaborating with various teams to improve application performance and reliability. What you’ll do:

• Provide expert-level support for business applications, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, collaborating with development teams as needed.
• Monitor application performance and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Document support activities, maintain detailed logs, and develop user guides and training materials.
• Mentor junior support staff and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

• 4+ years of experience in application support
• 6+ months of direct experience with our internal Fiserv systems
• 2+ years of experience in SQL databases
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Must possess U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) status
• 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Experience with automation and scripting languages

How you’ll work:

• This role requires regular use of a computer, phone, and audio/video collaboration equipment.

Salary Range $82,000.00 - $141,600.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
