Job description

  • Design AI-native application and solution architectures across APIs, services, data flows, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive technical standards, architecture governance, and design reviews.
  • Enable AI-assisted engineering using copilots, AI agents, code generation, and automated testing.
  • Guide engineering teams on scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, platform, security, and data teams.
  • Mentor developers and architects while promoting AI-native delivery practices.

Requirements

We are seeking a Technical AI-Native Architect to lead architecture and solution design for AI-driven, cloud-native applications in a regulated healthcare environment. This is a senior hands-on architecture role focused on AI-enabled software, modern engineering practices, and scalable distributed systems., * 6+ years of software architecture and application design experience.

  • Strong expertise in Java, Golang, Spring, or similar modern technologies.
  • Experience with microservices, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, agent-based workflows, and intelligent engineering automation.
  • Strong background in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and SDLC best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working within healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience across cross-functional engineering teams.
