Job description

We are primarily looking for an experienced Spring/API developer who can support the backend infrastructure behind the AI-agent experience. Candidates do not need to be AI engineers or build the AI models themselves.

Key Technical Focus Must have: Spring Spring Boot Java REST APIs Backend development API integrations

Nice to have: Agentic AI / GenAI experience Microservices MongoDB Enterprise system integrations CI/CD Maven Git

Requirements

Strong, hands-on Spring development experience Strong Spring Boot experience Strong Java development background Experience building REST APIs Experience developing backend services and integrations Strong understanding of object-oriented programming Experience working in an enterprise development environment Experience with unit testing Experience with Git and Maven Experience working with CI/CD and modern development practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Agentic AI Experience Experience working with AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI is a plus, but it is not the primary requirement.
