Digital Transformation Specialist

We are looking for someone who has a passion for Agile and knowledge management to support a digital transformation effort with our Navy customers within established Agile frameworks. If you’re eager to apply your experience as an Agilist and have a passion for information sciences and knowledge management, then this role is for you.

The digital transformation specialist will support in two key areas. First, you’ll work closely with our government stakeholders to modernize and create efficiencies within enterprise operations by implementing strategies for enterprise software solutions, automation, data management frameworks, and human-centered experience design. Using data analysis, technical requirement definition, workflow mapping, and platform configuration, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical professionals to develop and contribute to transformative business systems, processes, and digital solutions.

Second, you’ll directly work with our community of practice to support our Agile ceremonies, enable smooth workflows, provide onboarding and training, and implement major process and people efforts across engineering and program level teams.

• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of knowledge bases such as Confluence and SharePoint
• Knowledge of designing and maintaining a knowledge system and library accessible to various audiences
• Ability to create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for team level all the way up to enterprise level use
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
