Requirements

  • Deep functional expertise in Plan-to-Produce / Manufacturing within SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong experience with Variant Configuration and complex manufacturing processes
  • Experience working with large engineering BOMs containing hundreds of line items
  • Strong Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Build-to-Order (BTO) process expertise
  • Experience managing in-flight production and engineering changes
  • Capital equipment or similarly complex manufacturing experience strongly preferred - this is not a typical automotive/discrete manufacturing environment
  • Field Service and Spare Parts Management experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lead a 3-4 hour fit-gap workshop with senior client business stakeholders
  • Strong ability to steer discussions toward standard S/4HANA processes while identifying genuine functional gaps
  • Fluent business English required
  • SAP Signavio familiarity is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Availability during CET workshop hours required
