Senior Full Stack Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end development of impactful features and projects, from initial speccing and prioritization to development, testing, and deployment.
• Build an application where AI is the core of what we do, not a feature bolted on. We work closely with the OpenAI team (thanks to the YC connection) to always be on the cutting edge of what is available.
• Take part in product refinement, brainstorming, prioritization sessions and impact both WHAT and HOW we build.

Tech We Use

• Application: Remix app (React Router v7 + TypeScript), Tailwind, shadcn/ui, PostgreSQL, etc.
• AI: OpenAI, Deepgram, LangChain, LangSmith, etc.
• Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Inngest, Sentry, etc.
• Tooling: GitHub, Linear, Slack, Notion, etc., * Interesting and impactful work, shaping the future of customer research.

• 5+ years of experience working with React and TypeScript. Experience with Remix is a plus.
• Can independently lead projects from concept to launch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail
• Deep understanding of Typescript fundamentals and experience building scalable full-stack applications.
• Experience building AI-driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering and/or fine-tuning experience are a plus)
• A collaborative mindset, able to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team.

At Conveo (YC S24) our mission is to enable companies to build the best possible products, services, and experiences based on profound customer understanding. Conveo’s platform uses AI to set up, conduct, and analyze 100s of video and voice interviews with real people. This bridges the gap between surveys and 1:1 conversations for research, marketing, and product teams.
