Job description

Manage and optimise firewall rules across Cisco and Palo Alto environments, ensuring secure and efficient network traffic.
Conduct application risk assessments and maintain an inventory of applications, identifying potential security vulnerabilities and risks.
Provide network and security support across the client’s IT environment, including Clarity and Microsoft 365 (O365).
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, firewall and security-related incidents, working closely with internal IT teams.
Support the ongoing improvement of network security policies, configurations and operational processes within a large enterprise environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Network & Security Engineer/Architect within enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, including firewall rule management, optimisation and troubleshooting.
Experience conducting application risk assessments and maintaining application inventories.
Good understanding of network security, firewall policies, network troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 (O365) support.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Belgium, with minimal remote working.
