Functional Administrator

For a not for profit organization, we are looking for a Functional Application Administrator to be the essential link between the employees and external IT vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing applications and digital workstations, and provide support to your colleagues to improve processes. You will play an active role in translating user requests into concrete improvements and performing hands-on work such as configurations and testing. This position offers the opportunity to further develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional with an HBO working and thinking level. - 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in functional and/or application management - Knowledge of IT service management - Experience with Microsoft 365 technology - Affinity with MS Azure, CMS systems and/or e-learning platforms is a plus - Good command of the Dutch language (oral and written)
