Data Analyst

Transform raw platform data into actionable insights that drive product decisions, growth strategy, and marketplace health monitoring.

• Build and maintain analytics dashboards tracking key marketplace metrics: GMV, take rate, match rate, user retention, and NPS.
• Analyse user behaviours, billing patterns, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
• Design and run A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure feature impact.
• Create automated reporting pipelines for leadership, delivering weekly and monthly business intelligence summaries.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define event tracking schemas and ensure data quality.

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or analytics engineer in a SaaS or marketplace environment.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) for complex queries, window functions, and CTEs.
• Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) for dashboard creation and self-serve analytics.
• Strong statistical foundations: hypothesis testing, regression analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B test design.

• Excellent data storytelling skills; you can translate numbers into narratives that drive decisions.

• Experience with Python (pandas, matplotlib) or R for advanced analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools.
• Background in marketplace economics or two-sided platform dynamics.
