Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Software Development & Integration Engineer (m/f/d) for A400M in Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

• Definition and execution of complex test scenarios and formal acceptance tests for the validation / verification
• Defining and supporting the SW development and SW test in collaboration with the associated Lab Environment
• Support the development and certification activities for the embedded software of A400M Mission & Military systems including the documentation
• Support the workload estimation exercises for the future software developments (concept, specification, work package)
• Support the planning activities and participation on the preparation of the relevant SOIs (Stages of Involvement) and Quality Gates

• Completed studies in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Studies or comparable
• Professional experience in Software Testing and Development (including HIL, SIL, requirements validation, real-time testing on target, etc.)
• Experience in working with RTOS and avionics software certification processes (i.e. DO-178B/C), in Aerospace Technologies (e.g. MILBUS 1553, ARINC 661, AFDX) and with real-time operating systems like Green Hills Integrity is a plus
• Knowledge in AGILE methods and tools awareness is recommendable
• Good user skills in C/C++
• Skills in Python and UML are a plus
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
