The organization is currently on the lookout for an M&A Programme Manager to lead the infrastructure and network integration workstream for a global industrial technology organisation. The ideal candidate will focus on integrating acquired businesses into the wider technology estate, covering networks, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT/OT environments.   • Lead infrastructure and network integration across M&A programmes
  • Manage technical discovery and due diligence of acquired environments
  • Develop and deliver migration, integration and remediation plans
  • Coordinate network, infrastructure, cloud, security and application teams
  • Manage risks, dependencies, governance and senior stakeholder reporting
  • Oversee third-party suppliers and technical delivery teams
  • Support transition into BAU following integration

Requirements

Skills/Must Have:

  • Proven M&A, acquisition integration or carve-out experience
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networks and infrastructure
  • Experience across LAN/WAN, routing & switching, SD-WAN, VPN and data centres
  • Knowledge of Azure / hybrid cloud environments
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and network security
  • IT/OT or industrial technology experience highly desirable
  • Strong programme governance and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with environments involving Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Active Directory/Entra ID and industrial/OT
