• Previous 2nd Line IT support experience within an MSP environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience supporting Exchange Online, email security, and mail flow
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, and user management
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Excellent customer service skills with strong ticket management experience
