Senior Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Hands-On) Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 Location: London (flexible working - client-facing role) Work Type: Permanent Role: This is an opportunity to join a business in the early stages of building out its Microsoft Dynamics capability, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, outcome-driven solutions. The approach is centred around shaping the right solution before it’s built - working closely with clients to define problems properly, reduce delivery risk, and ensure long-term adoption. You’ll play a key role in this growth, operating across architecture, hands-on delivery, and client engagement. This isn’t a role where you sit removed from delivery - you’ll stay close to the detail while influencing how solutions are designed and delivered moving forward. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end solution design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform Translate business challenges into scalable, well-architected solutions Stay
