Job description

• Serve as a technical team lead modernizing web-based applications, enterprise systems, and IT services.
• Drive efficiencies across talent management, training compliance, and enterprise strategic initiatives using agile methodologies., * Lead an agile engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining Java software and AWS cloud environments.
• Integrate robust web services and APIs to support enterprise IT services and modernize systems.
• Enhance UI/UX design to deliver intuitive, high-performance web applications.
• Implement agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure high-visibility project milestones are achieved.

Requirements

• Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $225k+ yearly (tentative)
