Senior Network Management Support (Technical)

Provide senior technical support for enterprise network-management operations.

• Maintain and develop TCP/IP networks across Ethernet, ATM/SONET, and wide-area transports.

• Troubleshoot complex network performance, availability, and connectivity issues.

• Support mission LAN/WAN systems used for U.S. military command and control

Required Education / Experience Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics plus five (5) years of specialized experience; or an Associate’s degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or a major certification plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or eleven (11) years of specialized experience.

Required Specialized Certification CCNA; CCNP Security (any); or JNCIS.

Required Specialized Experience Four (4) years of experience maintaining and developing TCP/IP networks over Ethernet, ATM/SONET, and/or wide-area transports; three (3) years must be direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems.
