Para un importante cliente del sector seguros, buscamos INFRASTRUCTURE/WORKPLACE-Operations Engineer Intune, el trabajo seria2 días en oficina calle Emilio Vargas, Madridy 3 en remoto), ofrecemos contrato indefinido con nosotros.Service description:End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in IntuneL3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)Bug analysis/fixesFeature development when necessaryContributing to product lifecycle management on local entityDeliverables:App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setupUpdating/resolving/closing SILVA incident ticketsReports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log AnalyticsDocumentation of all that will be implemented/configuredExpertises: Must have:English C1Writing skills for documentation purposesMDM approach through Autopilot/IntuneWindows Devices managementWindows Information Protection (WIP)Nice to have:MS Endpoint DLPMcAfee Cloud ProxyF5 PerApp VPNKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology#J-*****-Ljbffr
