o 7+ years working within Workday Configuration o Can go into Workday and change a business system o Can build from scratch 5+ years of Core HCM configuration 3+ years with workday talent acquisition Performance management experience within workday Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON Experience demonstrating builds to the business o Able to explain what they built and why Experience working with offshore teams Experience with workday implementation and all day-to-day processes Good communication, self-starter, eager to learn PLUSSES o Financial industry experience
