Job description

Lead a high-visibility technical team modernizing web-based applications, systems, and enterprise IT services.
Build and maintain an integrated enterprise IT support model driving efficiencies across learning, performance, and talent management.
Develop scalable Java software and AWS cloud environments while improving user experience through modern UI/UX., * Provide technical leadership for a software engineering team within an agile environment.
Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications and microservices.
Design, deploy, and support scalable cloud infrastructure and services in AWS.
Build and integrate secure web services and RESTful APIs.
Modernize and refine UI/UX design to enhance usability and performance.
Participate in agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous delivery initiatives.

Requirements

Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 13+ years
Total Compensation: $326k+ yearly (tentative)
