Job description

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Softwareentwicklungsteams
  • Optimierung der Softwarearchitektur unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und Coding Guidelines
  • Steuerung mehrerer paralleler Softwareprojekte und technischer Initiativen
  • Verantwortung für Kapazitätsplanung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung und regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche
  • Aufbau klarer Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten innerhalb der Entwicklung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den Softwarearchitekten, der Bereichsleitung und weiteren technischen Schnittstellen

Requirements

  • Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und der Steuerung komplexer Softwareprojekte
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und (optional) disziplinarischen Führung von Entwicklungsteams
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen sowie von Codequalität und Entwicklungsstandards
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in C#/.NET und Angular
  • Domain Driven Design Know-How
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (ca. 2x/Quartal)
