Integration Manager, Olympic Games 2028 (All Genders) - Location Madrid

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead OVR integration efforts within the ITL and support OBS integration at OBS HQ for the LA ** cycle.You will coordinate with external partners and serve as the main OMEGA representative in ITL, shaping testing and data delivery across project phases.You’ll manage risks, track software readiness, and ensure on-time delivery of results systems.This is a high-impact, multi-stakeholder role in a fast-paced, international program with a strong focus on quality and collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Oversee OVR integration activities in the Integration Test Lab (ITL) and support OBS at OBS headquarters * Act as primary ITL representative for OMEGA during the LA ** integration test cycle * Supervise ITL activities and report software readiness across milestones (Homologation Testing, UVT, UAT, TEVs, PRIS Validation) * Identify risks, issues and dependencies and escalate as needed * Maintain responsibility for ITL venue results systems activities and data integration * Analyze and implement requirements within the ORIS framework * Coordinate OBS, IOC, OC requirements for TV graphics and data delivery * Support initial data download and integration tests * Manage OVR change requests and defects per internal processes * Provide regular status reporting on ITL testing progress * Develop sport-specific operational procedures for results services delivery * Ensure adherence to timelines, policies, and procedures for the Games * Perform additional duties as required Responsabilidades * Solid knowledge of software development, testing, implementation and support processes * Experience in managing processes and leading teams * Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, project-driven environments with emphasis on timelines and delivery * Experience in project management, particularly process and people management * Minimum 5 years’ experience in results management, preferably within the Olympic Games environment * Strong understanding of the Olympic Results Systems lifecycle and project phases * Understanding of broadcast workflows and graphics rendering principles * English; French or German is an advantage Requisitos principales *
