Configuration Management

Manages product revision control and maintains the authoritative configuration baseline. Designs and supports documentation-traceability workflows for manufacturing and engineering teams. Reviews, logs, categorizes, and tracks engineering changes against approved customer baselines. Analyzes Technical Data Packages and notifies impacted stakeholders of configuration impacts. Ensures CM and DM processes comply with contract, regulatory, and internal requirements. Leads change-management activities from concept through product sustainment. Produces clear and concise communications and documentation for mission-critical work. Mentors junior analysts and shares best practices within the team. Applies CM-related policies, procedures, and tools to configuration-baseline control. Interim Secret clearance required to start. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Associate’s degree with at least 10 years of Configuration Management-related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of professional experience. Experience with application of CM-related policies, procedures, and tools. Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Experience with ERP, SharePoint, Windchill, JIRA, and/or Confluence. Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles and Applications SAE EIA-649. Familiarity with electronics manufacturing or design., Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
