Sr. Technical Manager, SAP BDC Architect

Lead the data strategy and modernization roadmap using SAP Business Data Cloud to transition fragmented legacy systems into a unified AI-ready platform -Drive the end to end implementation of SAP Business Data Cloud solutions including complex data integrations across both SAP and non SAP enterprise systems -Drive the strategic design of dimensional modeling and data fabric architecture while establishing global data governance security and data quality standards -Architect end to end SAP Business Data Cloud landscapes including space design security concepts and optimal data tiering strategies across storage systems -Act as the lead developer by building remote tables views and semantic analytic models within SAP Datasphere to support real time data needs -Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into high performance SAC analytics dashboarding reporting and planning solutions -Optimize data transformation pipelines using data flow logic advanced SQL scripting customized CDS Views and rigorous query performance tuning -Utilize an Agile Framework to lead technical project delivery facilitate daily standups and provide structural mentorship to junior developers -Stay current with SAP BTP and Business Data Cloud innovations to continuously assess and apply new capabilities to our enterprise landscape

Education level : Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science or a related field (OR) 10 years of experience in SAP enterprise data and architecture areas Experience : -10 years plus of experience in enterprise data architecture and data modeling with strong expertise in developing data and AI strategies. -Hands-on experience designing data models and building scalable data pipelines that support data products and modern cloud data architectures -Expert-level understanding of SAP BDC to lead discovery workshops with business and IT leaders, identifying compelling use cases and building actionable BDC adoption plans -Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in SAP Analytics cloud and datasphere solutions -Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams. The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $163,200.00 - $192,000.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
