Join Perk as a Data Engineer within the Data Operations team to scale data governance and integration across our DWH. You will partner with data analysts, BI developers, product and analytics teams to ensure reliable, accessible data for analytics and dashboards. You will design and maintain data pipelines, model diverse datasets, and drive continuous improvements in data quality and efficiency. Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer, BI, Big-Data Engineer, or similar Excellent communication skills in English Master in SQL and performance-optimized query design Experience querying PostgreSQL, xqbhyrx Redshift, Snowflake and knowledge of AWS services Strong data modeling skills for complex architectures and future evolution Experience building data pipelines using Python Experience integrating data from multiple sources including databases, product tracking, and APIs Strong automation mindset and ability to work with minimal direction in international settings Excellent communication Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork Problem-solving mindset SQL mastery for performance and maintenance PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake
