Job description

Serve as onsite integration lead at client location in the USA, with 12-14 years of IT and Oracle integration experience.

  • Act as primary point of contact for all integration-related activities and discussions.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure integration solution designs.
  • Lead customer workshops, design sessions, and integration strategy meetings.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Build integrations leveraging REST, SOAP, File, FTP/SFTP, Database, ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, and other OIC adapters.
  • Define integration architecture, reusable frameworks, and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with teams across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and external applications.
  • Drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Review technical designs, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance to offshore development teams.
  • Ensure robust exception handling, monitoring, logging, and security mechanisms are implemented in integrations.
  • Support release planning, cutover activities, migration strategies, and production deployments.
  • Manage integration-related risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare project status reports and deliver executive-level updates to client leadership.
  • Utilize technical skills in OIC, Oracle Fusion, OCI, APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT), and Oracle Identity Cloud Service.
  • Preferred experience in Oracle SOA Suite, VBCS, Process Automation, Managed File Transfer, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git).
  • Lead and mentor onsite-offshore delivery teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

Possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent; relevant Oracle certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, global delivery environments.
