DevOps Engineer Technical Lead

• Strong professional experience with infrastructure as code automation and testing framework automation, particularly Ansible and Molecule.\n
• Proven experience in technical leadership within a DevOps engineering environment.\n
• In-depth understanding of infrastructure design patterns, system architecture, and best practices.\n
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash/Python), Terraform, AWS Deployments, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, GitHub).\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n

The ideal candidate brings Ansible subject-matter expertise with extensive molecule testing experience, proven DevOps leadership skills, and the ability to guide complex automation and deployment efforts with a focus on zero-downtime deployments.\n \n \nResponsibilities\n \n \n \n

• Lead infrastructure as code and release automation efforts for our core product and supporting components.\n
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering both technical and professional growth.\n
• Partner with Product and Platform teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.\n
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.\n
• Contribute to the code base and actively participate in code reviews.\n
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.\n
• Provide tier 3 production support as necessary. \n
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress reporting.\n
