Technical Lead - MDM

As a Technical Lead - MDM at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and implementing master data management (MDM) solutions to support various business requirements. You will work with business analysts and architects to understand business needs and translate them into MDM solutions. You will be skilled in MDM tools such as Informatica MDM or Talend MDM and have experience in database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server. You will be responsible for ensuring that MDM solutions are accurate, efficient, and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing and maintaining master data management (MDM) systems
• Developing and implementing MDM strategies and governance policies
• Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of master data across systems and applications
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure the consistency and integrity of data
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior MDM analysts
• Conducting MDM workshops and training sessions

• Proficiency in data governance and management techniques such as data profiling, data lineage, and data quality.
• Understanding of data integration and consolidation techniques such as master data management, data mapping, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data stewardship and data security best practices.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or Talend MDM.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
• Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities., * 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university.
