Consultant Incubator (COIN) Analyst

As a COIN Analyst, you will make an impact by delivering immediate value to clients, helping assess their business and technology challenges and delivering innovative solutions as part of a project-based team. You will be a valued member of the Co nsultant In cubator (COIN) team and work collaboratively with consultants, business partners, subject matter experts, and clients.

With a structured promotional path, COIN Analysts facilitate the requirements analysis process, develop strong working relationships with business partners, and build domain expertise across Cognizant Consulting. Additionally, COIN Analysts will continue to hone personal career skills, learning from a wide variety of subject matter experts and an award-winning learning and development program. At the conclusion of the program, you will specialize as a Senior Consultant, in a role that aligns with your interests and career aspirations, where you will be prepared to handle a variety of business opportunities and lead teams.

In this role, you will

• Facilitate working sessions with clients and support the requirements analysis process to develop client deliverables.
• Work collaboratively within teams using company accelerators and methodologies to present and implement strategic and technology solutions.
• Research industry initiatives and market/industry trends, identify and respond to client opportunities, and draw conclusions from client issues.
• Contribute to the research, design, and writing of articles/whitepapers and participate as a team member in collateral development.
• Support business development and go-to-market activities, including gathering best practices for RFI/RFP responses and helping write proposals.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Economics, Operations Management), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven capabilities in teamwork and leadership.
• Willingness to relocate to Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA; while we attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business need and position availability will determine final location assignment.

• The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
