CTHCA Health System Administrator (TM49333)

The Health Systems Administrator is responsible for the planning, administration, optimization, and support of the Colville Tribes Health Care Authority’s health information systems. The position serves as the primary administrator for the Electronic Health Record (EHR), clinical applications, interfaces, reporting tools, and related healthcare technology. The incumbent collaborates with clinical, administrative, and technical staff to improve patient care, strengthen data integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality improvement initiatives while honoring the mission and values of Tribal healthcare.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology Application or Database Specialist, or related field; and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in computer software and applications; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in a Tribal, Indian Health Service, or rural healthcare environment.
• Experience with NextGen, RPMS/EHR, Dentrix, SQL reporting, HL7 interfaces, Active Directory, and Microsoft technologies.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License is required and must be insurable.

If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
