7+ years of experience in software development, IT strategy, or technical leadership. 3+ years applying AI in production environments, including practical implementation with LLMs, generative AI, or similar technologies. Proven experience designing secure, scalable systems with AI capabilities. Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross functional teams. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Nice to have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML stacks.
