Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or transformation initiatives within international environments Proven track record delivering large?scale Commercial Applications or enterprise application projects Strong experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional delivery approaches Experience with Commercial Applications such as Salesforce, Veeva, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform , or comparable CRM and customer engagement platforms Solid understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integrations, APIs, and data flows Experience managing external implementation partners and global vendor ecosystems Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across business and IT functions Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem?solving capabilities Structured, proactive, and results?oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile certifications are an advantage Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus
