ERP Release Manager

This position reports to the Financial Transformation and Systems team and is a key role in LM’s Business Transformation, Systems Modernization (BTSM) initiative. The Release 2 (R2) Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Release Management Lead will serve as the focalpoint or lead with the internal customer, Enterprise Operations. Once R2 is successfully delivered, the R2 Release Management Lead will transition to future releases. ~25% travel will be required to meet business needs. The Release Lead role will include, but is not limited to:

• Ensure clear communications between the 1LMX Program and the F&BO customer, including program performance, required cutover inputs, test coordination, training development, etc.

• Partner with customer to raise issues, concerns, and risks

• Advocate for the customer in 1LMX internal discussions

• Assist in translating between customer terminology and 1LMX/future state terminology

• Provide connections across Design/Build and Test/Implement resources to ensure full system functionality is understood by customers

• Provide opportunities for customer to support build activities

• Brief customers on upcoming activities, key decisions, and other items that impact their F&BO teams

• Collaborate with other Leads to capture best practices, lessons learned, and documentation

Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company’s requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications.

• Broad experience supporting multiple financial disciplines spanning multiple business areas including FP&A, Product Costing, and Program Finance

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00
